"Amy and Jordan have been excellent to work with. We met in person to review our insurance policies and made some changes that ended up saving us money without sacrificing coverage. I had some homework on my end (car title changes) to complete. I got sidetracked and didn’t get around to it, so Jordan sent a monthly friendly text to check in on my progress. I really appreciated that! There was a recent issue with a new policy, but Amy took the time to call me and presented a couple of ways to work around the issue while still saving $ without sacrificing coverage. I’m really happy with our State Farm team!"

"I am a lifer with State Farm. Whether it has been Roger Phegley, Kenny Hamm, or now Derek Eastman, State Farm truly lives up to their motto, "Like a good neighbor, State Farm is there." 👍 Jordan and Jenny are the best: friendly, comprehensive and very knowledgeable. They made it easy to file my claim and answered all my questions. While my car was in the shop they would check in with me to make sure things were moving along and that I had a vehicle. You can't ask for more. 💯"

"I had a matter that needed attention with my insurance. The process took some time as expected but Jordan did great in following up in a timely manner and updating me on the process. Now a day's I find it I usually have to call multiple times to places just to have to wait longer.
